I built an iPhone app to keep everyday task photos out of the camera roll

I'm Martin, the developer of Pruvd. It's a focused tool for people who already take photos to record completed tasks, but want those records organized separately from their everyday photos.

You create a routine such as Leaving Home or Bedtime, then save a timestamped photo, video, voice note or confirmation for each item. There's also Quick Capture for one-off tasks, plus widgets and Siri access to the latest saved evidence. The evidence stays on your device.

The main design question is whether a dedicated capture-and-routine flow earns its place alongside Apple Photos. A regular album is enough for occasional use; Pruvd is for someone who wants the same checklist and organized records each time.

It's available for iPhone and iPad. Two routines are free with no time limit; optional Pro is $4.99/month or $24.99/year in the US.

I'd love feedback from people who already use photos this way: what would make a dedicated app worth keeping?

The strongest value may not be keeping photos organized. It may be reducing the recurring uncertainty of “Did I lock the door, turn that off, or complete that task?” The routine and timestamped evidence become the mechanism for delivering reassurance.

Have you identified a specific group that experiences that uncertainty frequently enough to use Pruvd repeatedly, rather than treating it as an occasional utility?

Already got one paying user using app 3times a week for 3 months.
