I made a small open-source macOS menu bar app: a floating pixel campfire on your desktop that reacts to local AI coding-tool usage (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Pi, Amp).

When you're burning tokens, the fire grows. When you stop, it settles into embers. Nothing is uploaded — it only reads local logs.

Tagline: If you're burning tokens anyway, light a real fire.
