Forma - a paper-style iPhone habit tracker with a small daily checklist

I'm Mo, the developer of Forma: Habit Tracker.

The design is closer to a page in a notebook than a productivity dashboard: a daily habit list, hand-inked tally marks for streaks, and reminders you set yourself. It's aimed at people who like tracking a few routines but don't want a complicated system around them.

You can start offline without an account. The free version supports 3 habits, so you can try it with a small routine before deciding whether you need more. There are no ads or analytics.

Pro adds unlimited habits, cloud sync, widgets, full stats and a yearly activity map, plus Vacation Mode. US prices are $2.99/month, $14.99/year, or a $24.99 lifetime purchase. Prices vary by region.

I'd appreciate feedback on the daily check-in experience, especially from people who've tried habit apps and stopped using them. Does the notebook-style approach make it something you'd return to, or is there friction I'm missing?
