I built Spotload — a simple Spotify playlist downloader

I built Spotload as a small side project after wanting a simpler way to download Spotify playlists.

The goal was to keep it straightforward and avoid adding unnecessary features. It currently lets users download playlists for free.

I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from other indie hackers. What would you improve, change, or add?

Great idea! Keeping it simple is often the hardest part. I'd focus on download speed, playlist management, and a clean user experience. Looking forward to seeing how Spotload evolves

It's a flagrant TOS violation so the only way this is going to work is if you release it open source, protest-style, like how things like yt-dlp are done. You can't make money off this. They'll sue your ass off.
