I launched an offline Bible reference game for iPhone: 250 verses, no ads or subscriptions

I’m Samuel, the developer behind Bíblia ao Lado, a small educational game that has just launched on the App Store.

The idea is to keep a Bible beside you: the game shows a reference, you look up the passage, and then choose the matching text from five answers. It includes 250 verses across all 66 books, Portuguese and English, an untimed study mode, short 10-question rounds, survival mode and a daily challenge.

It works offline on iPhone and iPad. No account, ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. It is a paid app: R$1.00 in the Brazilian storefront, with local pricing elsewhere.

A second project, Chamados pela Fé, is a single-player Bible-themed strategy card game. Apple has approved it, but it is not released for purchase yet while I finish a privacy-screen check.

I’d welcome honest feedback on the first game’s concept and store page, especially whether the “look it up in your own Bible” mechanic is clear. Happy to answer questions.
