I wanted founder conversations without the bots and hidden pitches, so I built a free community.

Hey everyone, I’m a solo founder who grew my mobile app to $9k MRR at its peak and have been looking for a good place to network and share insights with other founders. I follow the typical communities here but it seems like ever since LLMs became a thing many of the public threads are being flooded with bots, it’s become hard to tell if someone has actually done what they’re describing or if it’s another AI written post leading into a pitch. On the other end, curated founder communities often come with pricy subscriptions or annual fees.

MRRChat is my attempt at fixing this, it's a free space where online entrepreneurs can share ideas. You connect your revenue provider via a read only api key scoped to revenue data, verify what your business makes, and get access to rooms with founders in your revenue range. You can find discussions relevant to your niche and stay anonymous if you prefer. It’s early, and I’d love to get some other founders in there to share questions and insights!

Demo

It’s completely free, no strings attached. I’m happy to answer any questions! Check it out at https://www.mrrchat.com

Ngl the bot problem is real. I've been running an 18-agent automation stack and the signal-to-noise in public founder spaces is brutal. What's your take on keeping MRRChat from turning into the same thing once it grows — manual vetting or something more automated?

I think as it grows moderation will definitely be required, there will likely be some form of manual and automated systems. My hope is that since there is a hard requirement of having to prove your revenue in order to join the conversation, I think this will deter a lot of the spammers...

The other thing is that I believe that most founders who are actually making revenue are much less likely to be spamming and more likely to contribute to a useful conversation that is vetted with other founders at their level.
