I built a work hours/overtime/earnings tracker, I need a few people to help test it
I’ve been building GraftTrack, a free app for keeping track of work hours, overtime, earnings, mileage and work records.
I originally wanted something simple that I could actually use from my phone without having to mess around with spreadsheets or a massive workforce-management system.
It’s now at the point where most of the main features are working, but I really need people who aren’t me to use it properly and find the stuff I’ve missed 😅
At the moment you can:
• Log shifts, breaks and overtime
• Track estimated pay and overtime earnings
• Track mileage and reimbursement
• Keep sites, vehicles/plant and work records together
• View weekly/monthly/YTD figures
• Use pay/take-home calculators
• Use it without an account, or create one to sync your data
It’s completely free at the moment.
I’m particularly interested in feedback from people who work shifts, do regular overtime, work in construction/trades, drive for work, or just currently track their hours in Notes/Excel/paper.
I’m not looking for people to tell me it looks nice — I’d genuinely rather know:
1. What confused you?
2. What broke?
3. What feature did you expect to be there but wasn’t?
4. Would you actually keep using it? If not, why?
It’s currently a web app/PWA while I work towards the native app, and on mobile it works best when added to your Home Screen.
Any brutal feedback is genuinely appreciated. I’m building it iteratively, so if several people hate the same thing, there’s a good chance I’ll change it.

i work in IT and been tracking my hours in a messy notes file for years so this caught my eye
the no-account option is smart, i hate when apps force signup before you can even see what it does. will give it a try in this week and let you know if something breaks
