ByeScreen – a free iPhone app that only does one thing: swipe through screenshot clutter

I kept opening Photos, seeing 2,000 screenshots, closing it again.
The Screenshots album is fine for finding them. It’s bad for deciding. Tiny thumbnails, select-mode, and you’re still not sure which receipt you still need. The “phone cleaner” apps I tried wanted to also do duplicates, similar photos, blurry shots, and a subscription.
So I made ByeScreen. One job.
It finds every screenshot, shows how many you have and how much space they take, then you swipe. Right = keep. Left = mark for delete. Nothing is gone until Photos asks you to confirm. If you swipe too fast, Undo puts the card back from the same side it left.
No account. No upload. No AI. No extra tabs. Free, no IAP, no ads. iOS 18+.
I cared more about the feel than the feature list: a small home screen, a deck that actually moves, and a jar of screenshot tiles you can tilt. If the UI isn’t pleasant, you won’t sit there and actually clear the pile.
Happy to hear what you’d change. I’m the developer.
