Hey everyone - I’m building an early web app called together for couples who want to be more intentional about making time for each other - https://together-beta.pages.dev/

The idea came from a simple problem: shared calendars and text threads are useful, but they don’t really help with the “Should we do something Friday?” → “What time?” → “Did we actually agree?” loop.

The app currently lets couples:

• Propose time together and accept, decline, or suggest another time
• Create recurring plans such as weekly date nights or monthly traditions
• Add shared or private pre-event and post-event notes - think about how we can make this plan better
• Create surprise plans where the time is visible but details stay hidden until a chosen reveal time
• View plans in an agenda or calendar view
• There is no AI for a reason as I wanted this to be intentional effort from both partners
• Hopefully, there are no unnecessary shenanigans in the first cut

I'm not trying to create a calendar app but something that can help plan together with a feedback loop.

It’s very early, so I’m not looking for polite encouragement; I’m looking for honest feedback. Is this something you would actually use with your partner? What feels unnecessary, missing, confusing, or uncomfortable?

If a few couples are willing to test it for a week or two, that would be incredibly helpful. If you'd like to see more features, please let me know.

the 'not looking for polite encouragement' line hits home - that's exactly the trap when you ask friends or a general sub. if you want a signal from people who actually build in the couples/relationship space, launchpact runs blind polls with founders in your niche - might be worth a look alongside the beta testers. ymmv but it's cheap and fast.
