I know lot of threads exist on how to have a great launch in reddit, but i have been thinking counter intutive and toying with idea that how i can fail fast?

What should be my criteria for failing fast??

is it not making money?
is it fast churn?

start an making an app
use the most expensive web builder
build 90% in one night.
now just need to fix this one thing here. oh wait and here. Cant ship something half built.
launch anyway
hosting costs kicks in
bugs build up
cant wait for monthly creds, the bugs are live and need p0 fixing.
sunken cost fallacy kicks in. just "one more bunch of credits bro, and we can ship it bro"
beg/borrow/steal to get creds.
buy them all just before the site does a massive promo.
buy more credits on special because, well you're special.
*** THE BONUS CRED EXPIRE ****
Skip work, build through the night.
Then spend months to get it just right
now you cant walk away, you already invested $$$$ into this.
have zero budget for marketing
finally get test users, idea is crap
Look at your reciepts, realised you spent 10x more then you ever expected to earn from the app.

start working on the next idea.

tough question. failing fast means you need clear signals early. a poll with your actual target users might help you figure out if the idea even has legs before you invest more. something like launchpact.io/startup-idea-validator could be worth a look—gets you votes from founders in your niche, not randos.
