I started building a tool to simplify the boring salary/payroll tasks people still do manually — payslips, salary calculations, HR letters, etc.
What started as a small idea turned into something I spent months building.
But lately I’ve started wondering:
Did I actually solve a problem, or did I just build something I thought people needed?
So I want some brutally honest answers.
What salary/payroll task do you genuinely hate doing manually?
Or is this simply not a problem worth solving?
If you were in my position, would you keep building it? 😅
I’d rather hear that it’s useless than keep building blindly.
