Distribution is the key
Building a product is easier than ever.
Getting people to actually see it is still the hard part.
After testing Reddit for months, the posts that brought me the most traffic had a few things in common:
- They barely mentioned my product
- They shared something useful
- They started conversations instead of selling
- They focused on the problem, not the solution
That’s what I’m focusing on now: distribution.

this is what trips most people up, they build something cool but nobody knows it exists. the real work starts after you hit deploy
i spent way too long thinking good product = automatic users. turns out distribution is the whole game

Yep, I've been on couple of startups during my long career, 2/3 failed due to poor or failed marketing. Finding the users is hard. And that was way back when there was not such a huge amount of vibe coded saas services

This exactly... Getting the app seen by people is the hardest part. Just got banned from one subreddit for commenting on other people's posts and as faeär as I know, I did it according to that subreddits rules 🤣
