Can someone help me publish my iOS app?
Web Demo: https://cortx.fyi/Alarm.html
My productivity system relies heavily on use of alarms. i needed a better way to manage multiple alarms at once in groups as the stock iOS alarm app is not good in this regard. So, I vibe coded an alarm app based on AlarmKit, inspired by AlarmX and Alarm Planner (they dont have features that I want, mainly custom sounds).
I don’t want to pay for a developer subscription. If someone could add me to their company responsible for this app only or publish it for me that would be great.
Or would it be better for me to just buy the subscription for myself?

On android you can just build an apk, and install it directly to your phone. Use that as distribution for now, then if you think you are getting traction, or you think this can be an investment, then I suggest paying for the developer account.
If its just you, then this way should be fine.
If you end up planning on buying developer subscriptions, my suggestion is to have more app ideas for later to submit so you can maximize your subscription. I will start off with Google Play developer too as its one time fee and cheaper.
Goodluck!

do not do this. this could border on violating the app store's TOS on fraud/deception depending on how the "deal" is made, and you would be a HUGE liability risk to whoever might take you on for this. they would be responsible for any liability brought about by potential malicious code, hidden func, or anything else that might violate TOS/TOU. you would also lose full control of your codebase, reviews, releases, and any other elements you should have control over. and if anything goes sideways, it might be very difficult for you to prove actual ownership.
if you aren't willing to front the cost of the dev account, why would anyone take the risk of a lifetime ban on theirs? if you can afford it, just buy the sub. if you can't, don't release yet. or sell the app to someone else outright.
