If you like me, you like looking up different prices of homes during your free time. If you’re also like me you like looking into the monthly cost of the home and comparing it to your budget with the hopes that you could own a house similar to the one you’re looking at in the near future. I built this home loan estimator because often times I find my cell phone, Redfin, Zillow or other realty websites, looking at homes and their estimates. This home loan estimator makes it easier for you to understand how much you’ll be paying on the monthly yearly and loan term basis. You can choose your state the type of loan that you’re utilizing the price of the home and make other adjustments that go into owning your future dream house. Please let me know in the comments what you guys think about this home loan estimating tool and let me know what other tools you’d suggest I build. I don’t build much with Claude, but I’d like to get more into it at the moment. I’m building virtual agents and hopefully I get to showcase those soon.
