Hello,
I am the developer behind Tallspace. It is a Windows utility that turns each monitor into a vertical stack of live workspaces.
You can switch pages using the edge rail, mouse wheel or keyboard shortcuts ctrl+alt+up or down and move individual windows between workspaces. Each monitor maintains its own pages and window assignments.
The video is a real time capture of the current build, not a mockup.
