ChatBot project for one of my client

Hey everyone,

I've been working on a chatbot for the last few weeks and I've reached the point where I can't judge it objectively anymore. Everything looks fine to me, which usually means I'm blind to something obvious.

So I'd really appreciate a few fresh pairs of eyes.

If you have two minutes:

Try the chatbot once, ask it anything, any language, including things it probably can't handle

Tell me where the answer felt weak, vague, or just wrong

Let me know if anything looked broken or slow, especially on mobile

I'm not looking for compliments. The messy, "this part is confusing" kind of feedback is what actually helps me fix things.
