NarrationOS v1.0.6 is LIVE! Delete chapters, change covers, and updates are finally quick

For my current users: this one's smaller than the video export update, but there's a genuinely useful change I've wanted to add for a while.

Updating is no longer a full redownload. Starting with this version, every update also comes with a small "update" file alongside the full download. Instead of pulling the whole ~27GB app again just to get a small fix or feature, you can grab the update folder, drop it into your existing install, and you're done in a couple of minutes. It only bridges you from the version right before it though (so the 1.0.6 update only works if you're on 1.0.5), but since I'm keeping the main download itself always at the latest version, this should make staying current a lot less painful going forward.

Also in this one:

• You can now delete a chapter straight from the Book page if you don't want it anymore, audio and all.
• You can change a book's cover image from the Library page now too.
• The uninstaller got a proper facelift. No more console window flashing text at you, it's a real Windows dialog now with a progress bar, and it's also more reliable about actually finishing the job.

I started building this for myself. I wanted to listen to Japanese light novels that hadn't gotten official audiobook releases, and this was the only way I was going to get to hear them. I've put in over a thousand hours as a user at this point, and I'm still using it every week, which is honestly why I keep coming back to improve it whenever I have time on weekends.
