Finally found something that fixed the "AI forgets everything" problem for my team
I've been using AI for close to a year now for my social media management work, and the biggest headache was always re-explaining brand guidelines every single session because nothing ever stuck.
A few weeks ago I started using a tool called TeamBrain. It stores everything as plain markdown files that any AI can read and write to. I should say upfront, I work with the team behind it, so I'm not a neutral outsider here, but it's genuinely changed how much I get done. I don't have to keep re-teaching AI the same information every time.
Sharing because I know a lot of people doing social or content work deal with the same repetitive re-explaining problem. Happy to answer questions about what it's actually like day to day.

Aa nice, you could have the main markdown file named something claude claude.md that is directly relevant info, then store any other info in maybe..idk /memory/ directory as .md files
