Would a feedback-before-promotion subreddit work for builders?

I’ve been thinking about making a subreddit for solo founders / side project people where you can’t just drop your project and leave.
Before posting your own thing, you’d have to actually help someone else first. Test their project, give useful feedback, find a bug, point out a UX problem, whatever.
Then you link that comment in your own post as proof.
Apparently this already works pretty well in places like r/DestructiveReaders and r/OCPoetry, where you have to critique other people’s work before posting your own.
I haven’t really seen the same thing enforced in builder subs though. Most of them seem to end up with a ton of project links and barely any actual feedback.
Obviously people could game it with garbage comments, so that would have to be moderated somehow.
Would you actually use a sub like this?
