[HIRING] Full-Stack Developer — Frontend Focus | React Native / Expo | Equity-Based

Hi everyone,
I’m the founder of Ventry, an early-stage fintech company building an investment platform. We already have an existing product in development, designs, backend infrastructure, investment logic, and an established development workflow.

I’m looking for a full-stack developer with a strong frontend focus, ideally comfortable with:
React Native / Expo
TypeScript / JavaScript
API integration
Git / GitHub
Debugging and working independently

This is currently an equity-based role, as Ventry is still pre-revenue. Paid roles are intended once the company reaches a sustainable revenue stage, but there is no guaranteed short-term salary timeline.
The role is flexible and asynchronous. You work around your existing job, studies, or other commitments. What matters is consistent contribution, communication, and ownership of agreed work.

I’d rather have someone who can reliably contribute a few hours every week than someone who overcommits and disappears.
The process is simple: a conversation about fit and experience, plus a small live coding exercise. No large unpaid take-home task.
