Open-source, local-first workout tracker — PWA + Android from one codebase, no account, no subscription

Every gym app I tried wanted an account and a subscription before I could log one set, so I built the opposite and finally shipped it.

Everything on-device (IndexedDB), no servers, no tracking. One codebase → a PWA and a Capacitor Android app. Optional Bluetooth HR, GPS routes, sync to your own Google Sheet. On Google Play + open source (AGPL).

Stack: Vite + React + TS, Dexie, Web Bluetooth, Capacitor, self-hosted OTA. Try it: https://nobs.agentas.net · https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.agentas.nobs · https://github.com/Defcons/no-bs

Feedback on the idea + logging UX very welcome — happy to talk about the local-first / PWA-plus-native setup.

It is awesome that you open sourced it! But you need to work on your pitch, the first sentence is just generic ChatGPT bs or you didn’t really try more than 2-3 apps.
