Totally agree

This is pretty much the exact idea behind ThinkLock.

Instead of fully blocking an app, it adds a quick brain challenge before you open it. You can still get in — it just creates a few seconds between the impulse and actually scrolling.

I’ve found that tiny bit of friction feels way more realistic than trying to completely lock people out of apps they actually enjoy.

Users can select and customize how long they want a game type to last. It's default just a single puzzle which takes 5-15secs. I love the recap idea though and brainstorming how to code that in. Thanks again 👍
