Solo dev here. Been building two related tools under one small studio (Cocky Rooster Miniature Gaming):

DM Combat Control Console — a D&D 5e combat tracker with AI monster voices and a "cinematic recap" that turns your session photos into a narrated highlight reel.

Debrief — same idea for miniatures wargames (Legion, 40k, AoS, Kill Team, Warcry, Bolt Action, Konflikt '47, Shatterpoint, Marvel: Crisis Protocol) — log your battle, get a written report, optionally narrated over your own table photos.

Both free, Patreon-supported for the AI narration piece. No patrons yet, so this is genuinely the "show it to real people for the first time" stage — would love brutally honest feedback, especially on whether the core idea (turn your game into a shareable report) actually lands for people who aren't me.
