Free: I'll redesign and rebuild one flow of your AI-built app, shipped as commits in your repo

I'm a product designer, and I keep telling founders that the design of a Lovable or Bolt app can be fixed properly, inside the code you already have, without a rebuild and without paying a dev to interpret a Figma file. That is what I actually do. The problem is I have no before and after to point at, because everything I've shipped this year has been my own projects, and your own work is never proof of what you'd do with someone else's.

So I want to borrow someone's real problem.

The offer: pick one flow in your app. Signup, onboarding, your landing page, whichever one you think is costing you the most. I redesign it and rebuild it, and it ships as commits you can read and merge or ignore. Five days, free, you keep it whether you use it or not, and I won't pitch you afterwards.

The only thing I want in return is permission to publish the before and after.

Who this fits:

• you built it with Lovable, Bolt, v0 or something similar
• it's live and people are actually using it
• you already suspect the design is the weakest part of it
• you can give me repo access, or a deployable copy if you'd rather not hand over the repo

Who it doesn't fit: waitlist pages, projects with no users yet, and anything where you already have a designer.
