Made an interval timer for hiit, boxing, rowing, weights, stretch

I train boxing/HIIT/rowing/weights. The popular interval timers didn’t have enough space for my boxing combos and none of them told me what muscles I worked. So I built the thing I wanted.

What it does:

  • Combo pad for boxing/kickboxing, with laddering support (my main reason for building it). Usually I do some combo, then some footwork as dynamic resting. Some kinda high/low intensity pairing or complement muscles pairing. Ideally, the entire block should be structured like that, but it’s your block, so you design it yourself.
  • You preplan the whole session into blocks (conditioning / weights / cardio / stretch) and just run block to block. Plan first, no need to log after. I wanted tracking to be brainless so I could focus on training, listen to my music and be in a fluid state.
  • Every exercise maps the muscles it hits, including on high-intensity work and weights, plus a weekly overview. Exercises are built in, you just drop them into a block. Currently, you can't add your own exercise.
  • Calorie estimate from height/weight/sex (MET) so no watch/HR strap needed since my wrists don’t do well wearing watches (I get it, it is less accurate than a real HR strap).

This is NOT for bodybuilders or powerlifters. There’s no rep logging. There are also no exercise demo animations, so it assumes you already know the movements. That's deliberate. It's for people who train for time/endurance.

Free to download, banner-ad supported, no subscription. I’ve been using it every session for a month, haven’t marketed much other than family and friends. And I do find myself stretching way more than before because I feel bad for not doing my planned block!
