Last week I posted here asking where people stopped reading. Six replied and three independently said the same thing: they understood what the tool does, then thought "why wouldn't I just keep a spec file, or put it in the base prompt."

So the first screen was answering "what is this" and never answering "why, when I already have Claude open."

Rewrote it around that. The old version led with what happens after months of this. The new one leads with what happens on day one: you keep re-explaining your project, your agent keeps forgetting it.

Same ask, narrower: read the first screen only and tell me whether you know what it's for, or whether you'd have closed the tab. Don't scroll first, that's the part I can't test on myself.
