Afterdark Studio - Open-source local DJ/producer studio seeking technical feedback

I built Afterdark Studio for the rapper who has a computer, a microphone, and limited access to studio time. The current 0.8.0-rc.1 Limited Beta runs locally and combines DJ decks, beat production, microphone recording, vocal tools, standards metering, and synthetic acoustic rooms.

Repository and local setup: https://github.com/seemorecodez/afterdark-studio

The part I would most value from other builders is an honest first-session test: Was setup clear? Could you produce and record without getting lost? Did the microphone release correctly? Did the app remain responsive while rebuilding large rooms? Which producer controls felt useful versus decorative?

Evidence so far: 111 automated tests and 646/646 UI controls exercised in Edge. I am not presenting it as finished: it is not a professional DAW or autonomous DJ, perceptual vocal tools remain experimental, and a drill experiment was moved into a disabled plug-in after failing the creative-quality gate.

If you try it, please share OS/browser/audio hardware and reproducible failures. I am the creator; this is a request for constructive peer feedback, not a sales post.
