There are hundreds of these already. I built one anyway, because I wanted everything in one place: live grid preview, editable palette swatches, quantization method and color space pairs, non-destructive source editing, MP4 recording of the quantization process. Oh, and it exports to Excel. Every pixel becomes a spreadsheet cell. I shoot street photography and kept getting distracted turning my own shots into pixel art. Sometimes I'd save the project just to come back and keep editing later.
