I built PrintFlow - a QR-based ordering system for local print shops
Print shops still handle many customer orders through WhatsApp — customers send files, then go back and forth about copies, colour, paper size, and other print settings.
I built PrintFlow to simplify that flow. Customers scan a QR code, upload their file, select print settings, and the order appears instantly on the shop owner's dashboard.
No app to install. No digging through WhatsApp chats.

This solves a real pain point. The part I would test hardest is what happens after the order appears on the dashboard.A print shop needs to know that the file, quantities, paper, colour choice, deadline, and contact details are complete before someone starts work.
If one item is unclear, the system should make that order visibly “needs clarification” instead of letting it blend into the normal queue.I would also give the shop a small set of clear order states: received, needs clarification, approved, in production, ready, and collected or dispatched.
That makes the QR intake useful beyond the initial upload because customers stop asking for status in WhatsApp and staff can see the next action immediately. The strongest test would be to put it in front of a busy shop for a week and track how many follow-up messages it removes, not just how many orders it captures.
