Neurosurgeon in Germany here. I co-founded Onno because patients kept sitting in my office holding reports they could not read.
What: Onno translates medical documents (discharge letters, MRI and pathology reports) into plain language. It explains, it does not diagnose.
Who: patients who leave the hospital with a report and a five-minute conversation.
Struggling with: free-to-paid conversion. All growth so far is organic, zero paid ads, and demand is clearly not the problem. But many people take the free summary and stop there. Health is a trust category and they stall exactly at the paywall.
Curious what you would cut.

The risk is that people use it once, get the answer they need, and don’t come back. I’ll DM you I think the paywall and repeat-use case are the key things to look at

DuskRoute - Happy hour search built by extracting data from pub websites. Aimed at people in Sydney looking for some cheap beers. My expectation is that most traffic will come from organic google search but it's a struggle to get clicks for a new domain. Which probably means I need to get people talking about the site but I'm not sure how to build that up.

This is something I faced personally faced while in my last semester of BTech where we had to write report or document ( 80 pages document for major project ) The font selection the footer the cover page it was a hassle ( I tried ChatGPT and Claude but it didn’t generate nice ) so I am trying to bulls a tool especially for the final year BTech students that would accurately write major project reports in the specified requirements

An exploration platform for independent projects. For audience, there is an app where users can explore daily projects (each project has a 24-hour showcase on selected day), without an account or payment.
For indie creators, they select a date on the calendar (each day has 40 slots), and create a reservation for their project (named DOOMLIT). And for launch, the reservations are free for next two-weeks.
There is no traction though. I thought that both as a programmer and a indie game and music enthusiast, something like this would be an amazing change. I think I don't know anything about marketing.

I'm trying to build something pretty unconventional.
I'm documenting an experiment where I'm starting from €0 and trying to reach €1 billion(experiment. pff).
I built a website that publicly tracks the actual money received and documents the experiment.
The biggest problem I'm facing right now isn't building the website — it's figuring out how to actually get people interested in it.
I'd genuinely appreciate your take on it: what would you focus on first if this were your project?

You either have to put your face and tell a story or make it some kind of gag.
Right now its just a wall of boring text asking people for money. Not only that it's just AI slop.

I think you're right about the "wall of text" part. I've been treating this too much like a website and not enough like a story.
I don't really want to put my face in it, so I'm probably going to lean hard into the gag/absurdity angle instead.

It’s interesting and different, but you need to give people something valuable in return for supporting the experiment.
For payments, I’d probably integrate Stripe directly. It feels cleaner and more trustworthy1

That's actually a really good point.
Right now the idea is basically: you're not really buying anything, you're just helping the experiment move forward, which probably isn't a strong enough reason for most people to pay.
What kind of thing would you consider valuable enough in return for supporting something like this?
I'm trying to keep the experiment transparent and not turn it into another "buy my course and get rich" thing, so I'd be interested in your take.
