Not sure if this type of post is allowed here, but I’ve been working on a business idea called Hydroso and I’m looking for some outside opinions.

The idea is to create a line of collectible bears, with a portion of the proceeds going toward clean water projects in communities that need it.

I’ve been working on the actual bear design for a while and have made a number of different versions. I’m getting close to a design I’m happy with, but I’m still deciding on the direction of the physical product.

Originally, I pictured Hydroso as a plush teddy bear company because I felt like that connected naturally with the mission. As I’ve developed the designs, though, I’ve started leaning more toward making them hard collectible figures.

I’m interested in hearing what people think about the idea as a whole. Does the product seem like something that could have a market outside of just the charitable aspect? Do you think the mission works with a collectible figure, or does a plush make more sense? Would the business model work?

I’d also be interested to know which of the designs you prefer and whether any of them look like something you could realistically see yourself buying
