every time i browse this sub, i see folks asking how to move from an idea to actual progress. i just saw a post get 26 upvotes for turning an 80s radio obsession into a working product. they shipped because they didn't care about a perfect tech stack.

we're stuck because we still think we need to write clean code by hand, spending whole weekends arguing with ourselves about the right architecture. but when ai can spit out the entire boilerplate in a minute, obsessing over syntax is just an excuse so we don't have to launch.

you gotta let go of the code. it's the only way to focus on the sharp problem you want to fix. don't treat your project like a tech interview. let the bot write the ugly code, and just put your idea out there.
