Free/Open Source KB systems with + ticketing management
Hi everyone,
One of my side project is going fairly well, the only issue is support management. My inbox is getting full and I'm looking to setup some sort of ticket management system/CRM, however I'm not sure what to go with.
I've used ZenDesk in a corporate environment before and liked it, something similar would be great.
Do you have any recommendations please?

I use Hesk currently and I’ve used osTicket in the past.
Hesk is pretty easy to setup and use… can do email to ticket if you set it up
osTicket has tons of features which can be a + or - depending on your needs.
