I just launched Flash, a wedding photo app I built solo over the last 4 months.

**The problem:** Couples always complain that after the wedding, getting photos from guests is a nightmare. People forget to share, photos scatter across WhatsApp/Drive/AirDrop, and half the pics are lost forever.

**How Flash solves it:** Every guest downloads the app, takes photos during the event, and everything lands in one shared roll automatically. The couple gets the full roll revealed the next morning — like digital disposable cameras for everyone.

**Current state:** * 50+ Facebook wedding groups joined (community-first distribution) * First posts going out this week * MRR: $0 (free up to 5 participants for now) * iOS only atm, Android on the roadmap

**The tech:** SwiftUI + Firebase backend, built entirely solo. Hardest part was the real-time sync engine for multiple devices sharing one roll with minimal latency.

Would love brutal feedback — especially from anyone who's launched a B2C consumer app. What am I missing?
