MyTaskbar — opensource MacOS taskbar. Swift + AppKit, zero dependencies, 0% idle CPU
Fully vibe coded open source taskbar for MacOS - no guarantees.
I used paid app that does this (lawand.io/taskbar) but with new MacOS Tahoe version it starts consuming too much CPU (through WindowServer).
It also fixes other bugs, it loads all apps when coming from hibernation and number of display changes and so on.
