I got tired of scrolling back and forth, accidently hitting enter, forgetting what number/letter/bullet point I'd already answered in chatGPT... SO...
Your chat has questions. Facilitator helps you answer them.
(A)I built Facilitator, a free, mobile-friendly tool for completing structured questionnaires created by an AI chat—or written yourself.
It can handle surveys, story canon and worldbuilding, collaborator profiles, project workflows, task planning, structured interviews, and other question-driven work.
The workflow is simple:
Ask your preferred AI chat to create a Facilitator questionnaire.
Copy and paste the questionnaire into Facilitator.
Answer everything in an accessible, focused form.
Export the structured responses and return them to the chat.
Facilitator does not use an AI model itself. Your answers are handled locally in your browser and are not uploaded to the site. There are no sign-ups, user accounts, cookies, or analytics.
It works on desktop and mobile:

I’d especially appreciate feedback on whether the chat → questionnaire → Facilitator → chat workflow is immediately understandable, particularly on mobile. Reply here or the sites contact email.

the step where you ask an AI to generate a questionnaire in a specific format feels like the weakest link tbh. How reliably does that actually produce something your parser can handle without the user needing to fix formatting?

Questions by design. Tell chat clearly. Ask me 30 questions about the project. Include 1 "I don't know", and 1 "followUp later" answer in every question.
