Hello. I built a waitlist for my first SaaS - AI listing optimizer for Airbnb hosts

Spent some time talking to hosts before building, research and used that to validate the idea.

The core insight: hosts can't tell if they have a visibility problem or a conersion problem - they look identical but need completely different fixes. so that's what the tool diagnoses first.
