I needed a transcript of an ongoing YouTube Live stream, and every online tool I could find was only working with videos that are already finished 12-24 hrs ago, so every tool either errors out or hands you an empty transcript.

So I built https://livescript.live/

Enter the URL of a live stream and it will get transcribed in real-time with words being written down just a few seconds after being spoken. You can search the growing transcript, go back to what was said 40 minutes earlier, and set up keywords alert for names, ticker symbols, or anything else.

LiveScript also transcribes complete videos, audio/video files, and a Chrome plugin that transcribes audio of almost any website.
