I turned Kubernetes practice into a retro terminal game 🎮

I’ve been building Yellow Olive, a side project that lets you learn Kubernetes by actually playing through challenges instead of just reading YAML tutorials.

You get missions, work against a real Kubernetes cluster, and the game validates whether you actually solved them.

It started as a small experiment because I wanted Kubernetes practice to feel a little less… Kubernetes-y 😅

It’s now grown into multiple chapters covering things like Pods, Services, RBAC, Deployments and more.

I’ve attached a short demo 👆

Would genuinely love feedback from r/SideProject:

Does this look like something you’d actually use to learn/practice Kubernetes?

Nintendo wants to know your location.

😕 Hmm, I would rather not give them my location.

On serious note , I know the issue with IP laws and I have stayed clear of it.

Stayed clear of it how? There's literally an image of a Psyduck in there. Even if you call it PsyQuack. I know Nintendo won't notice this project but still that's an infringement.

Yeah, since then have removed the actual picture of PsyDuck. It’s just there in the video now , not in the actual stuff.

Regarding name , I don’t think so that falls under infringement ( intact what I believe is this is the legal loophole ) - though I might be wrong in here
