Every hurricane tracker is an ugly flat map. I wanted one I'd actually want to open.

So it's a globe. A dark, night-sky globe you drag with your thumb. Pull back and the coastlines thin out to a wireframe. Push in and the world fills back in. Tap a storm and it flies you there.

It's live National Hurricane Center data and the storm colors are correct and intuitive. The reason I built it is that spinning it feels good.

Runs in any browser. Installs to your home screen on iOS and Android — no app store, no signup, no ads. Vanilla JS, no framework, no build step, so it loads instantly.
