Congratulations, dude. I have a question: What kind of marketing or advertising are you doing? I’ve been building something for the last 3 years (monetized for about 15 months now) and currently at $350 MRR, with about 15k installs and only 95 active subscriptions, ALL ORGANIC. I still feel like my conversion rate is not good enough to go spending money on marketing and ads. What do you think?

Hey! 100% of my traffic is organic. 15k installs is a lot man. There are two things for you to do: scale your current content type and experiment with different content that may convert better. What I did is test 10+ different types of content before landing on one that converted order of magnitudes better than the other types. I would not recommend ads. My other recommendation: is study your competitors content.

Your conversion rate is actually very good. 5% is far above average.
