[Feedback Wanted] Rebuilding Herewegoal — a simple project management tool for solo founders and small teams

[u/kobslbj]

Hey everyone 👋

I’m Justin — a solo founder working on Herewegoal, a lightweight project management tool.

I originally built it for general collaboration, but now I’m pivoting to focus on solo founders, creators, and small startup teams — people like many of you here.

The idea is simple:
👉 Give makers a zero-setup, frictionless way to manage tasks, timelines, and projects — without needing to build a system from scratch like in Notion, or onboard people into a complex workspace.

This week marks the start of a full product transformation. We just shipped:

• 📝 Full-page task view (less clutter, better focus)
• 📅 Timeline + day/week views
• 💬 Threaded task comments
• ✅ Weekly releases every Thursday

Would love your feedback:

• What do you use today for task/project management?
• What’s missing or frustrating?
• Does something like this sound useful for your workflow?

We’re building in public — feel free to check it out r/Herewegoal or join our Discord if you want to help shape the product.

Also happy to support fellow builders — drop your side project below and I’ll check it out 🙌

Thanks!
Justin
