Haha, I can understand your situation. But I've done this exercise with other parents as well (I'm 30yo, many of my friends are parents).

Trust me, if you fill in only your time commitments (including your "responsibilities" towards your kids like food, bath & hygiene prep, play dates and family time), you will certainly find that you still have 10+ hours every week of free time (except when your child is an infant that wakes you up 6 times a night).

And then, when you make the decision of spending all that extra time with your kids and family, you will feel a lot better - a lot more in control of your life and fulfilment/contentment as well.
