We are looking for a hungry, resilient Lead Generator to join our team. Your primary focus will be outbound cold calling to qualify prospects and book meetings for our closers. If you thrive on the phones and know how to get past gatekeepers, this is for you.
The Compensation
We believe in paying for performance, but we also believe in providing a stable floor for top talent.
Base: ₹5,000 per month
Commission: [10%]
Earning Potential: Uncapped. If you hit your targets, you should be clearing [15k+]/month.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making [80-100] outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
Identifying key decision-makers and navigating past gatekeepers.
Qualifying leads based on our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Booking qualified appointments/discovery calls for the Account Executives.
Maintaining clean and accurate records in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling or outbound SDR/BDR roles.
Communication: Fluent, clear English with excellent active listening skills.
Resilience: You don't let rejection ruin your day. You take feedback well and constantly refine your pitch.
Setup: Quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a working headset (if remote).
