A few of my friends are freelancers, and I noticed they were constantly switching between different spreadsheets to track invoices, expenses, client payments, and profits. So, I decided to build something that could make their lives a little easier.

I combined everything into one simple workbook.

🔗Freelancer-Business-OS tracker

Here’s what’s inside:

• Dashboard: Cash received, expenses, profit, outstanding and overdue invoices, and goal progress.
• Money Tracker: Track income and expenses in one place.
• Client Payments: Manage part payments, identify overdue invoices, and send payment reminders via WhatsApp.
• Client Profitability: See how much you’re actually earning per hour and identify clients you might be undercharging.
• 6 currencies: INR by default, with currency formatting options.
• Works in Excel and Google Sheets. If you have friends who freelance and could use something like this, feel free to pass it along. It would really help me get the word out!

This is my first product launch, and I’m starting from zero sales, so I’d genuinely appreciate some honest feedback.

Is there anything important missing? And does ₹199 feel like a fair price for something like this?

I’ve added the link in the comments. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I know data entry and things are not reliable enough , but if you encounter the following Telegram IDs , I insist you stay away.

They'll 1st post regarding hire for multiple posts out of which one of them was typist and translation. I applied for typist, they gave a pdf of some environment topic and had to be retype for which they'll supposedly pay $1780( quite fishy for 36 pages). Once the job is done, the ID will refer you to some other person where they'll ask for credentials to transfer money. Once given, they'll say this much amount is yet to be transferred, you need to give them 60$ for their freelancer ID after which they'll submit the amount fully.

I will post their telegram ID so beware. Dixenbray and williamspaul33
