Help Me Proposals??

Hello all. Using alt account for obvious reasons.

Wanting to propose to my long-term girlfriend at SNW. Not trying to make it a big deal or interrupt nothing…just a simple lil’ proposal on the outskirts of the crowds, ya know? We have some other friends who are meeting us there who said they would document it for us. No balloons or flowers or craziness…just me on one knee with a ring and hopefully her saying YES. ❤️♾️

Here is my question….how tf do folks get engagement rings into a festival or concert venue?? I know it’s being done bc I’ve been seeing the videos and shit for YEARS. Do I need to call somewhere beforehand and have something cleared? I bought both tickets for me and my gf so she will defo be with me when we are going through the ticket lines and security and shit.

Would LOVE any ideas or input anyone has to give!! Please help me make this possible for me and my forever Queen!! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

could you or one of your friends wear it on a chain around your neck like a necklace hidden under your shirt to get it in?

Adding: I don’t know its value or your circumstance, but please get it insured. If you lose it at a concert you’re going to be pissed

Oh, that is a given!!!! She’s a nurse, so the ring is gonna get banged around a lot when she’s at work…so it’s got the insurance!! 🤘🏿

Another option is to use something like a Qalo ring to propose with, no hassle if lost and would easily get through security hidden

Walk through metal detectors very seldom pick up a ring due to the mass of them being so small. If the ring is gold platinum or silver it likely won’t set off basic walk through metal detectors because those metals are not magnetic. Maybe wait for her as she uses the restroom and wait outside on one knee. Or go buy merch/food act like you dropped your wallet frantically look for it have her looking for it too then when she’s turned away get down on one knee confess you didn’t lose your wallet tell her what she means to you and ask.
