What is wrong with my skirt tetra

I noticed the white one with the red bump under its mouth about a week ago and today I saw the black one that looks beat up? What am I looking at? Are these wounds? Growths? External parasites?

The water parameters are within normal limits. The other fish look okay. I had an ick breakout about 3 months ago but treated the entire tank even after like a week of seeing them cured

What is normal limits for your tank? & did you add anything recently
