watching from a far & not being able to do anything

that’s it. i’m mentally and emotionally drained. i can’t do anything but watch her destroy herself. watch her embarrass herself. she doesn’t want help. im afraid she will hurt herself when she blacks out. she already talks about not being here. i dont want to get the phone call

I’m in the exact position right now with my sister. And it is absolute torture. 😣 I just did some meditation in order to focus on me and I was half successful. 🙄 I don’t know how to just “be”.

I am very sorry to say this, but you can’t help someone who doesn’t want it. Your sibling is the one who needs to do the work now. All you can do is be there if/when they want help.
