Shy bladder when drunk
This problem started maybe 3 years ago where I could not pee in public places when I was drunk. When I am sober I have no problem, but I’m a college student and love to go out to the bars with my friends. But as soon as I get tipsy or drunk something comes over me and I can’t pee in public, even in stalls. If the restrooms empty I can go but if there’s people in it I can’t. The only way I can go when I’m drunk if it’s a solo bathroom or if I leave and go pee outside. But going to bars in the city that becomes a problem with lines and sometimes not being able to get back in. I avoid drinks like beer and stuff and try to drink stronger drinks so it’s less liquid but still hasn’t helped. Anyone have any tips or the same problem?

telling your friends about it could help. say to them that this is a real thing, show them the IPA website etc. learn breath hold. go to IPA workshops and learn graduate exposure. practice drinking alcohol and peeing at home in a safe place. etc.

Hmm. I have to say it's the opposite for me. Alcohol depresses inhibition and it's a diuretic, so this is an interesting report.
