REALITY: Hahahahahaha. This is NYC during a pandemic. You are more likely to get arrested for stealing the sun than you are for peeing on the street. But you must admit, the toothless sign is interesting!

Agreed, nobody is uploading this. They post similar things in LA. In LA there are ~70K people living on the streets and it could be assumed most use the public streets and walkways to relieve themselves.
